Do You Have To Stop Eating Sugar?
If You Want To Lose Weight You Don’t Have
To Stop Eating Sugar And Here’s Why…

You try and fail to give up eating sugar and all that does is leave you with a feeling that you somehow let yourself down, but you haven’t because it isn’t your fault. Sugar isn’t the main reason your waistline is getting bigger every year, it’s what you’re NOT eating that’s slowly putting on the pounds.
Dear Friend,
Look, you and I both know that you don’t want to stop eating sugar. What you want is to stop overeating sugar and the biggest reasons people crave sugar is poor nutrition.
Your body handles poor nutrition by hitting you with food cravings that make you reach for the closest (and usually the most fattening) food in hopes of correcting the chemical imbalances (vitamin and mineral deficiency) caused by most of the calorie heavy unhealthy food lacking essential nutrients it’s common to eat throughout the day.
That’s why I’m writing you today. To offer you some great tasting and healthy food ideas (for FREE) to help curb your sugar cravings and address your poor nutrition issues.
There are plenty of reasons not to eat sugar but I’m not your parent or your doctor so I won’t tell you what to do. What I want is to show you that sugar can be a part of any healthy lifestyle if you understand what else you should be eating.

Simply adding a few of the great tasting, nutrient dense foods I’ll share with you in a minute will help to stop your brain from signaling your body to gorge itself on unhealthy junk food.
Think of it this way…
If you eat 1000 calories worth of soda, donuts, and cookies, your body needs to readjust hormone levels, increase your appetite and try to force you ingest more food to attempt to get more nutrients, since those 1000 calories were almost devoid of nutrition.
However, if you eat 1000 calories worth of healthy foods with high nutrient density such as avocados, whole eggs, nuts, vegetables, fruits, grass fed meats, and other healthy options, your body obtains most of the nutrition it needs and accounts for this by leveling your appetite and hormones in the time period following that meal.
In this scenario, your body is not forcing you to eat more food (via cravings) to obtain the nutrition it needs since it already received a boatload of nutrition.
You may not realize it yet but…
You could be eating a lot more food than you’re eating right now and still lose weight. When you’re eating enough nutritionally dense food, you drastically curb your food cravings naturally. Imagine being able to lose weight while eating as much food as you want. You can lose weight without depriving yourself or feeling hungry.
Nutritionally dense food is lower in calories than most of the stuff you normally reach for which means you can eat more of it and lose weight.
Consistently eating the foods (below) can also help stabilize your blood sugar levels and can keep your brain from signaling your body to reach for junk food.

Most people don’t eat healthy because they feel cheated out of enjoying great tasting food for the sake of eating healthy. The secret is that you don’t crave sugar if you’re allowed to eat it. And you’ll naturally want to eat less of it when you start incorporating the foods I’ll tell you about into your daily eating plan. Don’t worry, it’s all good stuff.
Like I said at the start of this letter; you probably don’t want to stop eating sugar, you want to stop overeating sugar and the best way to do that is to incorporate sugar into an overall healthy eating plan that naturally reduces your desire to overeat sweet foods.
Imagine being able to eat chocolate or a special type of natural pure sugar when the melt in your mouth goodness of a piece of chocolate isn’t enough.
By the time you get around to eating the type of chocolate or sugar I’ll tell you about, you’ll naturally eat a small portion of it because eating the foods on the list I’m giving you below automatically reduce the urge to stuff yourself with sugar. Some days, you won’t even think about touching anything with sugar in it.
It’s not your fault you can’t stop eating unhealthy food.
Once you understand what’s causing your cravings, you’ll be able to eat the foods you love (in moderation) without feeling like you’re depriving yourself and you’ll never feel hungry again.
